My First Blog Of 2014*
So They Say; "A New YEAR Means, NEW Beginnings"
I would like to Wish you All A Happy New Year!
I hope this 2014' year is filled with all the Happiness and Blessings that Life, Love, Family and Friendship Can Bring. I want to take A Moment to Thank You for your support through out my growing years. I couldn't continue to set goals and grow as a photographer without the support of all of you and I am thankful beyond words.
For some months now I have been wanting to update my website along with my blog and all online media that pertains to my photography work. Time has definitely played a part in me not being able to do so. Throughout my day - I wear many Hats all of which I enjoy, but as much as I would want to spend most of my time Shooting, Editing and Blogging; There's only so much that I can get done in a day. Being a Mom is the Best 24 Hour Job that I can ever have, but that alone doesn't pay the bills. I work with numbers full time and that only allows me to do Photography part time. Lucky for me, I am an Insomniac and I take advantage of the time when I can't sleep to do what I love; View, Edit and Share Photos - Which is what I am truly Passionate about.
At a very young age I became obsessed with photography and In 2009' when I decided to take my passion for photography to a more professional level -College Courses, Workshops and Photo Shoots are never enough. In my mind every image was a picture I wanted to capture, but there was no specifics. A lot has changed over the past 4 years.
I have developed an interest in The Art of Dance Photography more than ever before and the Beauty it has to Offer. I have been drawn & inspired by Dance all my life even before I can remember owning my first point and shoot, Dance was something that started growing in me since the age of 13'.
As a Photographer who has captured Beautiful Sunsets, The Bride and Groom saying I do, Couples expecting the Birth of Child, A Mommy to Be, A New Born Baby, Birthday Celebrations & More, I have discovered that I am not Only Passionate about Family Portraits & Events but I am developing a Stronger Passion Towards Dance Photography.
Like Photography - Dance has a Way to reveal the Unspoken and they both are a form of Art that have an unforgettable way of expression. Dance involves Motion and Photography is Stilling a Moment; The Two combined is something challenging that has inspired great interest in me and I have been working on mastering it behind the scenes since I shot my daughters first Dance Recital. My goal is to Master Dance Photography with the hopes to One Day be that Professional Photographer who captured his or her signature Pose and who's Images are framed in special walls all over the world.
